YouEDC Capture

• eCRF builder: a field is dragged by its ⠿ handle to any place in the form, with a mouse or a finger; Esc cancels. Every move is in the audit trail (“place 5 → place 2”); in a released eCRF it waits in the draft for the next version eCRF builder
• Electronic signature: the investigator's identity is now confirmed by the person who created the study, not by the portal administrator, and only for that study. If the creator has left the team, the study's managers confirm, and without managers the administrators. • A table as a form field: a grid with fixed rows (a lab panel, vital signs at time points) or a growing table where the site adds rows (doses of the visit). Each test row has its own unit and ranges, a “<5” result and “not done” per cell. Ready-made tables: biochemistry, vital signs, doses. Every cell is in the audit trail and in queries; a row is deleted with a reason and stays visible. On a phone the rows are cards. • YouEDC Biostat, a new section of a YouEDC Capture study: descriptive statistics counted by themselves from the live data. Enrolment by month, taking part, age and sex, Table 1, the key variables over the visits (mean with 95 % CI or shares of answers) and each patient's change from baseline, adverse events by severity and the most frequent ones, safety variables. By arm only for readers who may see the arms; in a blinded study the others see the whole study together. The data manager or statistician chooses the variables, the choice is in the audit trail.
